We have a great opportunity for you to join our Asset Sales team as a Sales & Resettlement Executive. In this role, you’ll lead our property disposals programme across London, ensuring void properties identified for sale are managed efficiently and deliver the best possible value in line with our Asset Management Strategy. This role has two key aspects: driving the property sale programme and delivering a customer focused resettlement service for our tenants. You will be working closely with colleagues across the business, as well as agents, local authorities and other third parties, managing the end-to-end sales process, meeting budget targets and building strong stakeholder relationships. You’ll play a key role in engaging with tenants in priority sale properties, supporting them through the relocation process with empathy and understanding and managing incentives to ensure smooth transitions. You’ll also collaborate with our Voids and Lettings teams to make effective use of void properties and support wider portfolio stability. What you’ll bring: A strong background in sales or assets, ideally with experience in residential property and knowledge of the sales progression process. A commitment to delivering excellent service to our internal and external stakeholders, ensuring information is accurate and deadlines are met. The ability to work independently, manage your own diary and take a proactive approach to decision making. Proven customer service experience, with the ability to communicate clearly and sensitively, particularly when working with vulnerable customers.
