We are seeking a Business Management officer who will be responsible for supporting the ICT Team in their daily business management of a large IT department.
You will be valued for your contribution in terms of assisting the Assistant Business Manager to support the department with recruitment (including contractors and consultants), resourcing, temporary staff contracts, attendance recording, payroll, budgets, invoicing, performance reporting and training and development ensuring that the support fits with organisational goals, relevant legislation and ICT strategies under the direction of the Head of Service Delivery.
As part of the team you will liaise directly with internal staff and external stakeholders to ensure that an effective business management support service is provided to the ICT function.
This full-time post is temporary for 12 months and will require Recruitment Vetting.
You will work 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm.

Hybrid working is applicable to this role although office working will be required in line with business needs.
