Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Ready to take the lead in the classroom and keep students engaged? A Worksop school is looking for a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to ensure learning continues smoothly.

About the Role:
You will supervise lessons, manage behaviour, and support students in completing work set by teaching staff.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences
* Maintain a positive and structured learning environment
* Ensure students stay on task with lesson work
* Support behaviour management
* Provide feedback to teachers on student engagement
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with young people desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident, patient, and adaptable
* Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively

* Have the right to work in the UK
* Hold an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last 2 years
* Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
