As part of their ongoing growth journey, they are now seeking a Group Financial Controller to help drive forward their ambitious plans and lead a high-performing finance team at the heart of the business.
About the Role:
This senior leadership role reports directly to the Group CFO and sits on the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). You'll be responsible for overseeing key financial functions, including internal and external reporting, business planning, pricing, payroll, and financial governance. The role also has two direct reports, managing a permanent team of 12 across Accounting, Payouts, and Business Partnering.
You'll act as a strategic business partner while also owning operational finance delivery - with the opportunity to step up and cover for the CFO as needed.
