This is a brilliant opportunity to join a listed business with big growth plans as a Finance Manager. It’s a broad, hands-on role working from their newly refurbished Head Office (with hybrid working), where you’ll lead a small team, take ownership of the management accounts process, and drive improvements across finance operations.
But what really stands out here? The team.
You’d be hard pressed to find a more welcoming, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth bunch. The leadership team are genuinely brilliant—experienced, approachable, and keen to get people involved in the right things to develop and progress. There’s a real balance between structure and autonomy, and they’re big on empowering people to make decisions, suggest improvements, and shape how things are done. It’s a team-first culture where your opinion is valued and listened to.

* Great package – £55,000 – £65,000 + share options, matched pension, enhanced parental leave & sick pay, life assurance, 34 days holiday (+ buy/sell scheme)
* Learning & development – whether it’s formal training, lunch & learns or professional subscriptions, they’ll back your growth
* A voice that matters – you’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas and challenge the norm – no red tape or top-down mindset here
