Job Description As a Head of Finance & Controlling UK, you will play a pivotal role in the finance team, supporting operational and strategic financial management across the business. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and will have the opportunity to influence key financial decisions and be supported by the regional head of controlling. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and ownership of monthly management accounts and financial reporting. Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making. Supporting cashflow management and providing recommendations to senior management. Preparation of year-end audit files and liaison with external auditors. Development of financial models and reporting tools to drive business performance. Supporting and mentoring finance team members. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
