Role Purpose The Compliance Manager (Fire Lead), will be the nominated Responsible Person for fire and will oversee the provision, management and quality assurance of an end-to-end Fire Risk Management service and will be responsible for shaping and overseeing delivery of Fire property compliance and asset management strategies To ensure properties are safe, well-maintained and in line with all relevant legislative standards. Including but not limited to, the Regulatory Reform (Fire) Order 2005, the requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022, the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, and Fire Policy. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with all stakeholders and facilities management teams to ensure effective service delivery. Maintain accurate records and produce reports for senior management. Chair and facilitate fire related meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all relevant issues are raised, recorded and addressed Provide effective leadership in all aspects of Fire compliance management, related to risk and asset management. Build strong internal and external working relationships to provide opportunities for knowledge transfer, training and guidance on Fire Safety and compliance best practices.
