In this role, you'll be the voice of GN Hearing to our audiologists, dispensers, and hearing care providers. You'll nurture relationships, identify new opportunities, and help promote our innovative hearing solutions. Your primary focus will be outbound sales calls to existing customers within our Open Market channel - connecting, engaging, and ensuring they have the right products and support to succeed. You'll also collaborate closely with our Field Sales and Training Teams to follow up on leads, enhance conversions, and ensure every opportunity reaches its full potential. The team you will be part of: This role will be critical in the effective and efficient follow-up of new opportunities identified (leads) from other teams, such as Marketing. The role will involve working closely with the Field Sales Teams and the Training Team to enhance lead conversion and advance opportunities for either direct sales over the phone or referral to other teams for completion. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will: Manage and grow relationships with your assigned accounts Proactively reach out to customers to promote GN hearing products and solutions Follow up on leads and opportunities from Marketing and Sales teams Collaborate with Field Sales and Training teams to maximize customer satisfaction and sales conversion Track and document your activities in our CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline visibility Be the key link between internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. To perform well in the role, we imagine that you: 1 year of sales experience or 2 years of telephone sales or customer service experience in a related field. Strong communication and relationship-building skills A structured, proactive, and goal-oriented work style Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce), and ERP systems (D365/Navision) Fluency in English (both written and verbal).?
