Hygiene & Catering Team Leader
Location: Inverness (IV1 1HT)
Hours: Full-time | Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (DOE)
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Team Leader to oversee our Hygiene & Catering Division. You'll manage a small team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure excellent service to our customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations (orders, returns, credits, warranties)
* Lead and support the team, delegating tasks and monitoring progress
* Handle customer enquiries, quotes, and order processing
* Liaise with suppliers and manage stock availability
* Resolve delivery, order, and invoice issues
* Maintain accurate records and process returns
What You'll Bring
* Experience in team leadership or operations
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
* Knowledge of hygiene/catering products (a plus)
