Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking a dynamic and motivated Diabetes Specialist Nurse or Dietitian to develop and support their diabetes service. The successful candidate will have significant experience in Type 1 diabetes services and a willingness to embrace new technologies. Key responsibilities include providing expert clinical care, educating patients and health professionals, and supporting a diverse cohort of patients, including pregnant women. This role may require travel across different hospital sites within the Trust.
