About the role
This job is responsible for ensuring timely processing of exam assessments provided by SEND Assessors/SEND Support via Access Arrangements Online or other appropriate systems. You will be required to audit and report levels of compliance regarding the electronic recording of key information for students and apprentices with SEND.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure that effective processes are agreed and implemented that enable effective processing of exam access arrangements as required
* Act as the key contact for SEND Assessors / SEND Support from specific curriculum academies regarding exam assessments
* Enable proactive liaison with the relevant SEND Assessors / SEND support to ensure effective processing of exam access arrangements for eligible candidates in accordance with the awarding bodies' published procedures and deadlines
* Maintain own professional knowledge of different Awarding Organisations requirements regarding exam access arrangements and reasonable adjustments
* Contribute to the effective planning and delivery of examinations for all students with exam access arrangements in line with the relevant regulations
* Undertake audits of the College's electronic systems used for recording key information about students and apprentices with SEND to ensure usage is compliant with expectations and supports outstanding outcomes
* Use findings from the audits of the College's electronic systems to make recommendations which support our drive for compliance and outstanding outcomes

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £25,826 - £28,534 per annum (before pro-rata adjustment) based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
