We are supporting them in the search for a skilled Epicor Specialist with strong Power BI expertise to join their team.
The Role
This is a key position sitting between IT and the wider business, responsible for optimising the Epicor ERP system while enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities through Power BI.
You will play a critical role in improving system efficiency, supporting users and delivering meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the subject matter expert for the Epicor ERP system across the business
* Support, maintain and continuously improve Epicor functionality, workflows and integrations
* Work closely with manufacturing, finance and supply chain teams to understand system and reporting needs
* Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
* Extract, transform and analyse data from Epicor and other systems
* Lead or support ERP-related projects, upgrades and enhancements
* Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure effective system utilisation
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across systems
Key Requirements
* Proven experience working with Epicor ERP within a manufacturing environment
* Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard development and data modelling
* Solid understanding of manufacturing processes such as production, inventory and supply chain
* Experience with SQL and data extraction tools
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Epicor customisation and BAQs
* Exposure to other BI or data tools
* Previous involvement in ERP implementations or upgrades
