The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for supporting the warehouse leadership team by generating picking activities through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Key Responsibilities
* Generate internal warehouse activities via the Warehouse Management System (WMS), as instructed by the warehouse leadership team
* Support all administrative and warehouse operations, including picking
* Liaise with the internal Despatch and Stock Control teams
* Uphold service standards and continuously improve work processes
* Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
* Adhere to company Health and Safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all staff, including van drivers
* Perform any other reasonable tasks as required
About you
* Preferred experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
* Experienced in similar Warehouse roles utilising a WMS system
* Demonstrated ability as a team player with a positive attitude
* Known for excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* Capable of working independently, planning own workload effectively
* Proven flexibility and adaptability in various warehouse environments
* Ability to seamlessly adjust to changing work demands and priorities
* Demonstrated aptitude for thriving in dynamic work settings
* Known for embracing new challenges with resilience and versatility
* Desirable forklift license
