Job Title: Permit Coordinator
Salary: £33,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced permit co-ordinator to join our client’s expanding team. You will provide administrative support to the health, safety and compliance team through monitoring and managing the online permit system.
Key Responsibilities
·Manage the contractor system
·Ensure contractors follow permits and safety rules.
·Carry out inductions, pre-start meetings, and spot checks.
·Complete safety inspections and close permits correctly.
·Handle contractor issues and report when needed.
·Investigate accidents and help prevent repeats.
·Prepare clear reports and data when required.
Requirements
* A formal qualification in Health & Safety Management
* Right to work in the UK
* Experience within a similar role
