Night Line Operative – Flitwick
Newstaff Employment is hiring Night Line Operatives to join a busy manufacturing operation in Flitwick. In this role, you will support the production process by operating machinery, carrying out quality checks, handling materials, and ensuring products are manufactured and packaged to the required standards. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hard-working individuals looking for a stable night shift position with the potential to secure a permanent role.
Location: Flitwick, Bedfordshire
Salary: £15.80 per hour
Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 pm – 8:00 am

Key Responsibilities
Operate production line machinery safely and efficientlyAssemble, inspect, and package products to company standardsCarry out quality checks throughout the production processHandle materials and stock safely within the production areaMaintain a clean, organised, and safe working environmentFollow all health and safety procedures and company policiesWork closely with colleagues to achieve production targetsReport any faults, defects, or production issues promptlyEssential Skills & Experience
Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essentialGood attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to follow instructions accuratelyPhysically fit and comfortable standing for extended periodsBasic literacy and numeracy skillsReliable, punctual, and hard-working attitudeStrong teamwork and communication skillsCommitment to maintaining health and safety standardsWhy Join?
