The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and motivated Talent Management Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing Talent & Media team.
This role is designed for university students seeking hands-on experience in sports, entertainment, and talent management. You’ll gain exposure to every part of the process - from coordinating player appearances and shoots to supporting live events and building relationships with some of the most exciting names in football.
This is a dynamic, non-traditional role that will provide real insight into how a leading sports and media organisation manages elite talent in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support across the talent and media portfolio.
* Coordinate transport, logistics, and scheduling for talent appearances, shoots, and live events.
* Maintain and update internal trackers, calendars, and booking documents.
* Assist with on-site support during shoots, interviews, and live productions.
* Liaise with agents, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
* Prepare briefs, call sheets, and basic documentation as required.
* Support with general operations, research, and ad-hoc project needs.
What We’re Looking For
* Confident communicator with a professional, proactive attitude.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines calmly and efficiently.
* Comfortable working discreetly with high-profile talent.
* Interest in football, sports culture, and the wider entertainment landscape is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
* Reliable, process-led, hardworking, and eager to learn.
* Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends during on-season periods.
* Please note: this is not a personal content creation role - it focuses on logistics, coordination, and behind-the-scenes operations.
* This is an unpaid internship, with the potential to become a permanent role.
What You’ll Gain
* Hands-on experience working directly with elite talent and major football projects.
* Exposure to production, logistics, talent management, live events, and brand partnerships.
* Insight into how a fast-growing sports and media organisation operates day-to-day.
* Opportunity to develop key industry skills and build professional relationships.
* Real-world experience that supports future careers in sports management, event production, PR, or media.
