1. A Senior Sous Chef who’s a leader, collaborator, and innovator, not just someone who can deliver volume, but someone who can deliver vision.
2. Someone who thinks about flavour architecture: the rise and fall of a dish, the emotion of a plate, and the rhythm of a menu.
3. A chef who’s at home in a warehouse one day and a heritage venue the next—agile, resourceful, and grounded in precision.
4. A creative partner who works closely with our Culinary Director, Food Stylist & Operations team to craft culinary journeys that are daring and unforgettable.

What you’ll be responsible for:
6. Lead from the front on-site across our Broadwick Venues, overseeing event delivery with excellence and flair.
7. Collaborate on creative menu development that prioritises seasonality, sustainability, and bold storytelling.
8. Support in building operational excellence, mentoring junior chefs and setting the tone for high standards across the kitchen brigade.
9. Innovate food presentation approaches, working with the wider creative team to deliver experiences that are as beautiful as they are delicious - without ever compromising on substance.
10. Be obsessed with flavour, obsessed with detail, and obsessed with creating awe.
11. Champion operational discipline and cost control without sacrificing creativity.

You’ll need to have:
13. Experience in delivering premium events or high-end restaurant service at scale, ideally across diverse venues.
14. A strong creative sensibility and passion for flavour innovation.
15. Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage, train, and inspire a team.
16. A deep understanding of seasonal produce, menu engineering, and modern food trends.
17. A hunger to shake things up and reimagine what events catering can be.
18. Comfort working within both structured systems and creative chaos.
