Calling experienced Production operators and Process operators within the food and beverage industry. Able to commute to Runcorn for 7am -7pm and work nights 7pm - 7am? 12 hours shifts only. Are you happy to start on training wage of £12.60 p/h until you are signed off training in general between 5-8 weeks your skills will dictate this. Do you have a current RTITB FLT License or a lapsed licence and are willing to complete a refresher course ? You will be training on site earning £12.60 £604 PW moving to £22.86 post sign off within a 12-week period. Once passed and working a 4-day week you will be earning £1097PW the overtime rates are £29.92 and £34.31per hour. This role is best suited to someone with 2 or more years' experience within a Fast-moving consumer goods environment, preferably within the food, drinks, or industry. You will have knowledge of safety regulations and quality control checks and a willingness to adhere to them. You will also have: A Reasonable level of computer literacy to effectively follow MES processes. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Good organisational and time management skills. The ability to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving goods during the production process, with a keen eye to spot mistakes and faults. Required skills * Excellent concentration and attention to detail to quickly notice errors on a production line * Strong teamwork skills, as the job involves working with others in a team * An ability to work with your hands at fast pace demonstrating good dexterity skills * After training be able to work unsupervised and manage your own workload * Solid troubleshooting skills to successfully determine the causes of production issues * Have an excellent working knowledge of the benchmark safety and quality standards and procedures * The ability to spot faults and correct them and the confidence to make the right decisions to add value The role will initially be for 3 months with a strong demand for ongoing work for people who show great aptitude for the role. You will have a strong work ethic, Excellent Attendance record and punctuality - which are key to your success in this role. Shifts are 12 hours per day, all breaks are paid for. The days of work can be from Monday - Sunday, shift times are 7am - 7pm. Hours are usually a minimum of - 4 days per week - with extra hours allocated, 4 days would be 48 hours pay and 5 days 60 hours.
