Your Impact
As a Lead Training Consultant, you will be a member of the Learning Services team and serve as an individual trainer to deliver OpenText product training to customers and partners.
You may also perform training consulting, such as Training Needs Assessments, and design, develop, and deliver tailored training solutions. Additionally, you will assist in designing, developing, updating, and reviewing standard course materials.
What The Role Offers
* Deliver instructor-led courses in-class and online, including lectures, demonstrations, Q&A, and exercises.
* Design, develop, and deliver customized OpenText product training solutions for clients.
* Assist in creating course materials, exercises, and examples using software like Microsoft Office, Adobe Captivate, Adobe FrameMaker, etc.
* Manage setup and configuration of software in various training environments.
* Research new product functionalities and training needs.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need To Succeed
* Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Understanding of Internet concepts and content management software.
* Knowledge of HTML, Java, C++, or similar languages.
* Understanding of relational database concepts.
* At least five years of adult education and course development experience, preferably with software solutions.
* Experience with OpenText software is a plus.
This is a hybrid role based in Reading, requiring occasional travel to customer sites.
