Key Responsibilities
* Lead full-cycle OneStream implementation projects, from scoping and design through deployment and post-go-live support
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions, aligning OneStream capabilities with client goals
* Design and configure OneStream applications including workflows, business rules, dashboards, cube views, and data integrations
* Engage directly with CFOs, FP&A teams, and technical stakeholders to drive project success
* Provide quality assurance and strategic guidance throughout project lifecycles
* Mentor junior consultants and support internal knowledge sharing initiatives
* Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support new business development opportunities
Requirements
Must-Have:
* Proven experience (5+ years) delivering OneStream implementations, with a consolidation focus
* Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, planning, reporting, and data integration
* Ability to manage multiple client engagements and lead project teams
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in a consulting or professional services environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
* OneStream certifications (Lead Architect)
* Previous experience with other EPM tools
* CPA, CFA, or similar financial qualifications
* Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Healthcare
