Workshop Controller required for a Successful Automotive Franchised Car Dealer Group in the Guildford area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to workRequirements:
Have a previous working experience within a similar role
Strong Leadership skills
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy WorkshopHours of work for this Workshop Controller role are 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday + Saturday mornings on a rota.
The Salary being offered is up to £38,000 with OTE £44,000.
