Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for development of premium desserts to meet the customers briefs.
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Creating bespoke recipes in line with the customer and Rhokett's expectations whilst considering production capabilities.
Recording and documenting recipes on our live formulation system.
Keeping up to date with current trends, social media and food network.
Be involved in regular benchmarking sessions.
Participate in customer meetings and prepare presentations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a culinary or kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality.
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices.
Knowledge of food production processes and product development
Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to food service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
