A Business Support Executive provides administrative, operational, and at times, support its teams, or specific departments. This role often involves coordinating tasks, managing information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lease Administration
• Assist in managing lease-related matters for both new and existing
outlets.
• Maintain an organized database of lease agreements, ensuring
compliance with legal and company policies.
• Coordinate with landlords (LL), internal departments, and external
vendors to ensure timely execution of lease obligations.
2. Project & Maintenance Coordination
• Support the coordination of restaurant renovation and
maintenance projects.
• Maintain updated maintenance schedules and accurate
documentation.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure
projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, report updates, and address any arising
issues.
3. Vendor Quotation Management
• Source and obtain quotations for works and services.
• Prepare and submit quotations for internal approval.
• Ensure vendor work meets company standards and specifications.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion and resolve
any discrepancies.
4. Maintenance Request Coordination
• Serve as the primary contact for outlet maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to
address issues promptly.
• Ensure maintenance work is carried out efficiently and meets
quality standards.
• Keep a log of all maintenance requests, actions taken, and
completion status.
5. Administrative Support
• Provide general administrative support to the Business
Development team, including meeting scheduling, report
preparation, and file management.
• Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and related
documentation.
• Ensure all departmental documents are up to date and well-
organized.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Diploma
• Experience: Preferably 1–2 years in F&B operations, leasing, project
coordination, or vendor management
