What youll actually be doing Running several retail fit-out projects at once. Keeping programmes tight, costs under control, and clients happy. Managing site teams who dont need babysitting but do need direction. Fixing the normal problems that appear on fit-out jobs, ideally before anyone else notices them. Reporting progress without hiding bad news or dressing it up with colourful spreadsheets. What youll need Retail fit-out experience. Not I once helped on a shop refurb. Actual, proven, fast-track retail delivery. The ability to travel across NI & ROI youll need to be present on sites at least 3 days per week. A decent handle on people; subcontractors, suppliers, clients, the works. Enough organisation to manage multiple live sites without your head falling off. A calm, solutions-first mentality when the unexpected inevitably happens. What youll get A salary north of £70k (based on what you bring).
