Role
As our Amazon SEO Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our digital strategy, working dynamically within our innovative L'Oréal UK team. Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities to elevate our brands across Amazon. You'll be a key player, collaborating closely with our vibrant sales, marketing, and media teams, refining cutting-edge strategies, and leveraging advanced tools to ensure our products shine brightly on the digital shelf.
Responsibilities
* Strategising & Innovating: You'll kick off by diving deep into data, developing and refining sophisticated Amazon SEO strategies that seamlessly integrate with our broader sales and marketing objectives.
* Optimising for Impact: You will own and optimise our ASINs using Amazon Tech's Opportunity Finder, ensuring maximum traffic and conversion rates for our diverse portfolio of products.
* Content Excellence: You'll be the bridge between our brands and content agencies, managing feedback loops and ensuring our Amazon-specific content deliverables are exceptional and highly engaging.
* Brand Store Wizardry: You'll craft and optimise our brand stores and product listings (CPLs), creating immersive shopping experiences that captivate our customers.
* Agency Collaboration: You'll align closely with our search activation agencies, driving organic Share of Voice (SOV) and staying ahead of the curve in a fast-paced environment.
* Analytical Prowess: Using tools like Amazon Tech and PacVue, you'll analyse performance and develop astute SEO strategies that complement our paid campaigns, boosting visibility.
* Testing & Learning: You'll conduct insightful A/B tests to pinpoint content relevancy, and share best practices across the organisation to foster continuous improvement.
* Customer Insights: You'll monitor review ratings on key product lines, transforming customer feedback into actionable insights for improvement and product development.
* Cross-Functional Synergy: You'll partner with our Media and Trading teams, contributing your expertise to define overarching macro strategies that drive business growth.
Qualifications
* Content Development Expertise: Demonstrated experience in creating and optimising high-quality, engaging content with a keen eye for SEO best practices.
* SEO Mastery: A deep, comprehensive understanding of keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content management specific to the Amazon platform.
* Digital Performance Marketing Skills: Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimising successful digital campaigns.
* Proficiency in SEO Tools: A strong command of industry-standard tools such as Search Frequency Report, PacVue, and Amazon AMS/Vendor Central.
* Strong Communication Skills: An ability to influence, persuade, and build robust relationships across all levels of a complex organisation.
* Solution-Oriented Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with resilience to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly evolving situations.
* Change Management Experience: Proven capability to effectively manage and navigate change during periods of significant growth and transformation.
