Full-Time Business Development – Nurses UK
Nurses UK is seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team on a part-time basis as a Business Development Associate. You will focus on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers, and driving growth for our nursing services across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitals, clinics, and care facilities.
* Conduct weekly client visits to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
* Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
* Support the creation and implementation of business development strategies.
* Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports to support client engagement.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience is essential.
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a confident phone manner.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
* Valid driving license with access to a car; mileage will be reimbursed.
* Willingness to travel locally for regular client visits.
