We work with homeowners, developers, and industry professionals to create beautiful interiors that blend craftsmanship, function, and thoughtful design. As we expand, we’re looking for a talented Business Development Executive to drive new growth.The Role
We’re seeking a proactive, self-motivated Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong industry relationships, and support the sales journey from initial contact to project sign-off.
You’ll be expected to independently generate leads through outreach, networking, and relationship-building — making this role ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who’s confident selling to homeowners, developers, and trade professionals.Key Responsibilities
* Identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking
* Build and nurture relationships with homeowners, developers, builders, and designers
* Represent Brown Pear Interiors at consultations, site visits, networking events, and trade shows
* Support the design team in preparing proposals and closing deals
* Track pipeline activity using a CRM system (Salesforce or similar)
* Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets
* Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and local developments
What We’re Looking For
* Proven success in business development or sales (KBB, interiors, property, or construction preferred)
* Excellent communication and people skills — in person, over the phone, and via email
* Self-starter comfortable building their own pipeline and working to targets
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation and closing skills
* Organised and able to manage multiple projects at different stages
* CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
* Full UK driving licence
