We can Offer You: Work-Life Balance : 23 days annual leave bank holidays, plus flexibility with overtime Health & Wellbeing : 24/7 GP access, mental health support, fitness programs, and more Training & Growth : Ongoing professional development to keep you at the top of your game Commercial Lead Administrator Your Role Lead scheduling and prioritisation of backfill and reinstatement works Reschedule jobs and keep programmes on track Support contract and commercial requirements across jobs Handle calls and coordinate work schedules Validate job information for accuracy and completeness Manage customer and client relationships Ensure all system updates and regulatory information are logged in real time Support operational delivery, resolving issues to maintain service levels Work closely with engineers and supervisors to meet timescales What We’re Looking For Good level of education or relevant experience Previous experience in admin, scheduling, or coordination Confident using computer systems and databases Strong communication and organisation skills Able to work independently and within a team Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability Able to adapt to change and manage workloads effectively Motivated to develop commercial and technical knowledge Closing Date: 9th July 2026 (We may close earlier due to demand)
