We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias, ideally with experience in high-volume manufacturing or sawmilling environments. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our highly engineering team, supporting the maintenance and continous improvement of 11 operational lines across our three Melton sites. Key Responsibilities include: Perform reactive maintenance and contribute to proactive problem-solving on machinery. Assist in managing spare parts inventory and stock levels. Collaborate with production management to identify efficiency improvements. Share technical knowledge and best practice with machine operators. Support installation of new equipment and systems. Carry our fabrication and repair work as required. Interpret and work from electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings and specifications. About You: You are a highly driven and solution-focused individual with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve machine issues in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have experience with: Electrical systems (essential). Pneumatic and hydraulic systems (preferred). Manufacturing or sawmilling equipment (preferred). You take pride in your professionalism and communication skills, and you are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
