Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload with support.
* Prepare reports and representations for court.
* Make complex decisions and manage risks.
* Communicate effectively in challenging situations.
* Attend multi-disciplinary forums and lead when necessary.
* Work directly with service users and families.
* Assess and navigate social care needs.
* Collaborate with carers, advocates, and representatives.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK license
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
