TeacherActive is looking for a Cover Supervisor in Darlington. We offer an excellent opportunity to work within local schools in the Darlington area. We are currently seeking a Cover Supervisor to support short-term, long-term, or day-to-day placements in education. You will have the opportunity to support pupils and help them thrive. Your responsibilities include supervising students, maintaining a high level of professionalism, supporting teachers by supervising students, ensuring tasks set by teachers are completed, and providing additional assistance where needed.
Essential qualities and experience for a successful Cover Supervisor include:
* Degree in Education (desirable)
* Experience supervising children in a school setting
* Experience working in Primary or Secondary education
* Good understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Behavioural management experience (desirable)
