We are partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are growing their in-house consulting/project delivery team. The Programme Manager will be responsible for full business transformation programme of work including the change management process within the business.
Responsibilities include:
* Full programme lifecycle ownership, from inception to deployment and handover to BAU support
* Client leadership through the project, providing expert guidance, advice and negotiation where required
* Cost estimating and budget management
* Construction of detailed work plans coupled with activity and resource planning
* Communication of progress across all key internal and external stakeholders
* Working with wider teams to deliver projects creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
* Management of project managers and multiple workstreams
What we are looking for:
* Knowledge of the Energy sector
* Experience in managing and coordinating complex projects from inception to completion – delivering to time, quality and budget
* Experience of delivering Agile SaaS projects is ideal
* Entrepreneurial mind-set and a good problem-solver, with a structured approach to formulate the best outcome
* Happy being hands-on, working in an environment with changing priorities and deadlines
* Commercially minded
Logistics:
* At least 3 days working from home a week
* A few days a month in Windsor
* A few days a month in Nottingham
