About The Role
This role will manage, oversee, and develop the day-to-day running of all services for young people aged 11–25 years old, with a focus on those who face disadvantage, delivered by YMCA St Paul’s Group. This will include developing and implementing new services to ensure the sustainability and positive impact of the department. The role requires ensuring a high level of quality and impact while adhering to budgetary limitations and business processes.
Responsibilities

* Develop and implement new services to improve sustainability and impact.
* Ensure service delivery meets quality standards and operates within budget and business processes.
About You
* Passionate, organized, and aspirational leader, looking to enhance, sustain and develop what is offered to young people living in London.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience managing youth services across multiple sites.
* Minimum level 3 qualification in Youth-related studies.
* Proven track record of setting up and delivering funded projects from start to finish, achieving the best outcomes for young people.
* Aspiring to transform lives with an inspirational and dedicated approach.
