Position Overview
We are seeking a Finance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis for our site in Avonmouth. You will support our new business win by heading up the GXO Finance teams across multiple sites, providing strong leadership and delivering clear, credible reporting on results to both GXO and our customers. Responsibilities include weekly flashes, period reporting, forecasting, and budgeting exercises.

The salary for this role is up to £60,000.00 per annum. Qualifications
* Proven experience in a fast-paced finance management role, with understanding of Transport & Warehouse contracts
* Experience in identifying cost efficiencies and potential savings
* Strong understanding of open & closed book contracts (where applicable)
* Previous experience in a reporting role
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
* Ideally fully CIMA or ACCA qualified, or actively studying towards
Working Conditions
Monday to Friday, on-site work.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure robustness of accounting within GXO and visibility of results through weekly and period reporting.
2. Maintain clarity of balance sheets across contract areas for customer presentations and internal SOX compliance.
3. Lead weekly and monthly customer reviews and prepare review packs.
4. Manage financial controls related to Gainshare and ensure maximum contract delivery in collaboration with operational teams.
5. Analyze financial impacts of projects for inclusion in business cases as part of change management.
