Job Description
* Own and deliver the full US P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, and financial forecasting
* Lead and support the sales function to drive sales performance and prescription growth
* Lead and support the market access function to expand payer coverage
* Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow revenue and market share
* Drive expansion within institutional channels
* Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance management
* Collaborate with shared services teams supporting finance, analytics, supply chain, and operations
* Identify and execute opportunities to improve commercial effectiveness and business performance
* Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and compliance standards
