We’re looking for a highly analytical, curious and ambitious individual to join our Commercial team as a Revenue Growth Manager. This is a part-time opportunity (2.5 days per week) as part of a job share, ideal for someone with experience in data analysis, finance, category, commercial insights, or early-stage FMCG/commercial roles. You’ll work closely with senior commercial leaders, gaining exposure to pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, forecasting and revenue modelling. What You’ll Be Doing Analysing promotional performance and supporting promotional ROI reviews Supporting the creation of monthly reporting packs, KPIs and performance trackers Assisting with key data models and tools used to assess growth strategies Helping prepare inputs for Customer Account Reviews (CARs) and the Sales & Operating Plan Updating commodity, pricing or promotional trackers Working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance) to support commercial decision-making What We’re Looking For Essential: Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data Good Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, handling datasets) A commercial mindset — interested in pricing, promotions, markets and consumers Ability to learn quickly, ask good questions and think logically Work experience in a relevant environment (e.g., FMCG, retail, commercial insights, analysis, finance) Desirable: Experience in FMCG or exposure to commercial functions Familiarity with continuous data (e.g. NielsenIQ, Kantar, Circana) What You’ll Gain Exposure to advanced commercial strategy and revenue management Hands on development in pricing, promotions, forecasting and modelling Mentorship from experienced commercial leaders Opportunity to build a unique skillset within RGM.
