We are looking for two individuals who have specialist knowledge of property and property processes and who has a professional, positive, enthusiastic and flexible approach to work to join our Land Management and Corporate Estate Management Teams. WHAT IS INVOLVED? You will be senior member of a team responsible for the delivery of the Council’s Strategic Property Management service focusing on the Council's corporate estate and portfolio of rural and reclamation land. You will ensure pro-active management of the Council’s estate ensuring the efficient day-to-day management, use and occupation of the estate and working with the wider team identifying opportunities for rationalisation and/or disposal. You will need:- To be educated to Degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject A relevant professional qualification and Full Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) Evidence of continued professional development You will have experience of managing a range of property related functions and staff, including valuation, estate management, acquisitions, disposals, leasing/letting, covenants, compensation and stakeholder management.
