Overview
We are a child‑centred company committed to reimagining the world of support for vulnerable young people, aiming to raise the standard of education for those with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD. We partner with schools and local authorities to deliver flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring to pupils and students from KS1‑KS5.
Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, and report on tutoring lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
* Support the SEND Support Team and keep a supportive environment around the child.
* Engage in CPD and employee mentoring using the TES CPD suite and professional mentor access.
* Participate in community and company events for knowledge sharing and resources.
* Contribute to the referral programme and receive rewards for successful tutor referrals.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS).
* 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic, trauma‑informed context.
* Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
* Enhanced DBS (facilitated if required) and two or more professional references.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
* UK resident with the right to work in the UK (remote/online opportunities available).

Location & Pay
Shanklin, Isle of Wight – £28 – £35 per hour (Contract)
