Hire Desk Controller - Haydock - Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00 - 37.5 hours per week

Based in the depot, the Hire Desk Controller plays a vital role in operations, sales, and customer service. Building relationships is key, as the Hire Controller manages the entire hire process from order to delivery and collection, liaising with all depot departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
Daily activities are desk-based, involving collaboration with stock teams, drivers, and engineers to ensure prompt fulfillment of customer needs with available equipment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

6. Previous experience in the hire industry or similar sales/operational roles
