Operations Coordinator

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) is looking for an Operations Coordinators to join our Service Operations Team to be based at East Anglia Three (EA3) Offshore Wind Farm.
About the Role
As an Advanced Operations Coordinator you will plan, coordinate, and support field personnel in conducting the safe and profitable servicing and maintenance of wind turbine equipment. This will be done in line with planned maintenance requirements, including providing parts and consumables for our offshore wind farm, living and working from our Service Operation Vessel (SOV) sailing from Port of Lowestoft. Work pattern is a 2 week on – 2 weeks off rotation, 12 hour days.
How you will make an impact
As Operations Support Program Manager, your core duties will include:
1. Picking parts and tooling to assist technician team mobilization and de-mobilization
2. Maintain inventory both physically and via SAP (Systems, Applications & Products) system. Optimize material replenishment levels and stock turnover
3. Plan and execute material movement between our SOV stores and Onshore stores facility, to align with planned port calls
4. Raise, schedule, and allocate planned and unplanned maintenance activities
5. Co-ordinate the preparation/provision of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) related documentation and ensure all work is carried out in line with UK legislation
6. Co-ordinate record keeping, reporting and documentation archives to support full service and maintenance history
7. Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) & Dangerous Goods management of transport, storage and documentation
8. Maintaining calibrated tooling service scheduling
9. Basic financial administration. Raising of purchase orders and payment
10. Manifesting personnel between transfer methods in the wind farm
11. Daily customer reporting using MS Office
12. Adherence to SGRE Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) warehouse practices
What you bring
13. SAP (Systems, Applications & Products) system experience is required
14. Previous stores/inventory management experience is preferable
15. Microsoft Excel knowledge is preferable
16. Offshore working and/or Wind Turbine experience is preferable
