HR Administrator (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) Location: Reigate, Surrey (Hybrid – minimum 2 days in office) Salary: £26,000–£30,000 bonus & benefits Purpose of the Role: Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle. This includes handling HR queries, maintaining accurate records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: HR Administration: Manage HR inboxes, respond to queries, maintain employee records, and ensure HRIS accuracy. Recruitment Support: Post job ads, arrange interviews, liaise with candidates, track recruitment activity, and coordinate pre-employment checks. Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare offer packs and contracts, coordinate inductions and leaver processes, and liaise with IT and Facilities. Training & Compliance: Manage Learning Management System (LMS), assign training, and generate monthly reports. Policy & Documentation: Support development and review of HR policies and assist with audits and quality checks. General Support: Assist with internal events, minute-taking, office coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
