Gaucho are looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to join our Edinburgh restaurant! Gaucho Edinburgh can be found a short walk from Waverley station, just off St. Andrew Square. The successful General Manager candidate will be an experienced restaurant operator, being fully accountable for guest experience, finance, sales growth, legal compliance and team development. The General Manager will work closely with the Operations Director on projects and will take full ownership of them.
