Job Title: Production and Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities
1. Ensure all bulk/retail/oat drink orders are integrated into the production plan to meet customer delivery deadlines.
2. Liaise with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely and complete delivery of drinks packaging.
3. Maintain accurate stock levels on SAGE 200 and update regularly.
4. Communicate effectively with the senior Operations Manager and Finance team to manage stock levels based on sales forecasts.
5. Coordinate with the Sales Department to maintain and update sales forecasts.
6. Manage relationships with logistics companies to ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in full.
7. Investigate and resolve customer delivery complaints.
8. Ensure all customs documentation for exports is accurate and complete.
9. Perform any other tasks reasonably required by the business.
Skills and Experience
* Experience with Sage 200 accounting software.
* Strong data analysis skills.
* Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
* Ability to meet KPIs such as 'Order in Time in Full' and 'Warehouse GMP Audit'.
Personal Attributes
* Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
