Project Manager II
Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. is a Professional Engineering Firm and Systems Integrator with 25+ years of experience in Design and Design-Build services for Water, Wastewater, and private industries. We have five offices located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Lewes Delaware, and Seaford Delaware.

Required Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in project management in water / wastewater industry
* Strong understanding of I&C systems and control technologies used in water / wastewater treatment facilities
* Advanced understanding of instrumentation and controls in water / wastewater
* Possess strong interpersonal skills, approachability in demeanor, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities, including managing challenging or complex interactions
* Comfortable reading and understanding engineering and construction drawings, and standard specifications
* Knowledge in using AutoCAD electrical and libraries
* Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks, and show close attention to detail
* Ability to work with strict and competing deadlines on an ongoing basis
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, coordination and execution of projects
* Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation
* Cultivate positive working relationships with our clients and team members
* Manage client relationships, providing updates and addressing concerns
* Oversee project performance, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality standards are met
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, contractors and vendors
* Identify project risks and work on mitigation strategies
* Prepare and present reports on project status, issues and solutions to project leads, management, and clients
* Ensure all work adheres to regulatory and safety standards
* Create scope of work details and prepare pricing for proposals and change orders
* Review control panel calculations, drawings, I/O list, Submittals and O & M Manuals and provide feedback to I & C Designers
* Review PLC wiring diagrams including motor control circuits
* Provide support to on-site technicians and programmers

Our Project Managers travel locally to client sites and occasionally have overnight travel trips for projects.
