Only *fully qualified Beauty Therapists with at least two years’ proven salon experience and based locally to Highcliffe* will be considered for this role. Please only apply if you meet these requirements.
We’re looking for an experienced therapist with a strong background in professional beauty treatments and excellent attention to detail, who can deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
*Responsibilities*
* Carry out the following treatments confidently and to a high professional standard:
* *Gel nails*
* *BIAB*
* *Manicures*
* *Pedicures*
* *Massage*
* Additional treatments such as *Lash Lifts* and *Lash Extensions* are preferred but not essential
* Tailor each treatment to client needs, offering personalised advice and care
* Create a welcoming and relaxing experience, ensuring every client feels valued
* Maintain impeccable hygiene and organisation, keeping tools sanitised and work areas fully stocked
* Keep knowledge up to date with current beauty trends, techniques and products
* Clearly explain treatments, address client questions, and manage any concerns with professionalism
* Proactively recommend additional services or products that complement client results
*Qualifications & Experience (Essential Requirements)*
* *Fully qualified Beauty Therapist with recognised professional certifications*
* *At least two years of proven salon experience* delivering treatments to paying clients
* Confident and experienced in gel nails, BIAB, manicures, pedicures and massage
* Based locally with reliable transport to and from Highcliffe
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer service skills with a professional, approachable manner
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
