Learning Support Assistants Needed Across Cornwall Role: Learning Support Assistant (LSA / TA / 1:1 Support) Location: Primary, secondary & specialist schools across Cornwall Pay: £85-£100 per day (depending on experience and role) Start Date: ASAP or September 2025 We're beginning to work with schools across Cornwall who are looking for great support staff to join their teams. Whether you're an experienced LSA or just getting started in education, there are lots of opportunities out there - including 1:1 roles, general classroom support, SEN settings, and behaviour-focused placements. These roles can be full-time, part-time or flexible - so if you're looking to gain experience, support pupils who need an extra hand, or take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you. What we're looking for: Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based or otherwise) Confidence in supporting learning and managing behaviour A calm, patient and supportive approach A DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply for one) Reliability and flexibility - no two days are the same What you'll get from us: Daily pay between £85-£100 - dependant on the nature of the booking and level of experience Flexible work to suit your schedule and strengths- minimum expectation of 3 days per week A range of roles across Cornwall - from mainstream to specialist settings A consultant who listens and finds roles that actually match what you want Support with applications, training, and day-to-day questions Sound good?
