We've quickly grown a following of over 220,000 and are now building a rockstar team ahead of our next phase of growth.


Your Role


We're looking for someone who is social media–savvy and skincare-obsessed to be the voice (and heart) of SolSkin across our most important platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of community management, social media coordination, and influencer marketing — you'll be the first touchpoint for our customers, fans, and creators: replying to DMs, reacting to tags, engaging with influencers, and hyping up every glow-up.

If you live on TikTok, have hot takes on Reddit, and know how to turn a comment section into a party, this role is for you.


Community & Platforms

* Manage and respond to DMs and comments on Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels — with personality, empathy, and speed.
* Jump into tags, mentions, and stitch opportunities to spark conversations and build engagement.
* Moderate replies, track brand sentiment, and share community feedback with the wider marketing team.
* Support our broader social media strategy and content calendar in collaboration with marketing.
* Build community beyond posts — think Reddit threads, IG Broadcast channels, and other community platforms.
* Create playful, on-brand replies and reactions that drive engagement, saves, and shares.


UGC & Creator Relationships

* Build relationships with UGC creators and micro-influencers to support content creation and campaign performance.
* Create and deliver content briefs to ensure alignment with brand tone and campaign goals.
* Coordinate gifting and track influencer and creator content, maintaining our UGC library.
* Engage with creators' content through likes, comments, and reposts — nurturing genuine relationships.
* Identify new content creators and influencer partners from our community to turn fans into brand advocates.
* Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns and gather insights for reporting.


Affiliate Liaison

* Manage and grow affiliate marketing partnerships, ensuring alignment with SolSkin's brand and product values.
* Create onboarding materials, campaign briefs, and incentive structures for affiliates and influencer partners.
* Monitor feedback and campaign performance to optimise engagement and conversions.
* Identify new high-converting affiliates and content creators through outreach.


Other Responsibilities

* Support content days, photoshoots, pop-ups, and brand activations.
* Assist with reporting and social media analytics, tracking performance and sharing insights with the wider team.


Requirements

* You live on social media — you're the one your friends tag in comments, and you probably follow us already.
* 2–3 years' experience in a community manager, social media coordinator, or influencer marketing role (ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle).
* A natural communicator — your DMs are equal parts charming, helpful, and hilarious.
* Obsessed with Gen Z culture, self-tanning trends, and skincare content.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple platforms.
* Proactive, collaborative, and happy to wear many hats on a small-but-mighty team.
* Experience using social media tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social) or influencer platforms is a bonus.
