Were recruiting for aPractice Manageron behalf of a friendly, multi-disciplinary clinic based inBanbury. Thismaternity cover positionoffers a full handover and continued support, making it an excellent opportunity to step into a well-established practice.
£15£17 per hour (dependant on experience)
Part-time (34 full days per week)
9:00 - 17:00 (can be flexible)
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
* Acting as a key point of contact for patients, clinicians, and support staff
* Overseeing administrative processes, internal systems, and compliance (H&S, COSHH, fire safety)
* Supporting people management tasks, reception standards, and team communication
* Coordinating meetings, practice events, and assisting with in-clinic marketing activities
About you:
* Previous experience in a practice, office, or operational management role
* Highly organised with strong communication skills
* Confident using digital systems, databases, and spreadsheets
* Approachable, professional, and able to work independently
* Experience within healthcare or a clinical setting is desirable but not essential
