The Technology Sales Director is a sales position with primary responsibility for driving sales bookings that contribute to revenue growth across the JLLT Product suite within a designated set of accounts for Work Dynamics or IPS Leasing clients, as well as the open market. The role involves identifying and resolving client pain points and developing profitable solutions. The director is responsible for selling outcome-based solutions using structured sales methodologies and tools such as Miller Heiman and Salesforce. The position requires expertise across various domains of real estate and facilities, integrating multiple product solutions—both tech-enabled services and software—to meet client needs. Strategic problem-solving skills and established credibility in the Commercial Real Estate community are essential to instill confidence and trust.
Responsibilities include:
1. Engaging with current and prospective enterprise clients to understand their needs and challenges.
2. Achieving and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
3. Engaging in strategic conversations with clients about their business and solutions offered by JLL.
4. Understanding all aspects of assigned customers, including market share, objectives, and technology landscape.
5. Maintaining accurate account plans and pipeline data in Salesforce.
6. Building relationships with client contacts across CRE, IT, and other departments.
7. Leading pursuit teams to develop and sell products, negotiating contracts to maximize profitability.
8. Maintaining sales reporting accuracy in Salesforce.
9. Developing a thorough understanding of JLL's capabilities and expanding client share of wallet.
10. Supporting renewal contracts and introducing new products into solutions strategies.
11. Collaborating with various teams to deliver comprehensive value to clients.
12. Applying strategic thinking, influence, and organizational skills to drive results.
13. Using data and industry trends to enhance client share of wallet.

Qualifications include:
1. 10+ years of sales or solutioning experience in a large, global organization.
2. Experience in multiple disciplines of CRE services, technologies, or solutions.
3. Proven ability to develop relationships with senior executives and C-Suite leaders.
4. Track record of closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
5. Experience with structured sales processes and tools like Miller Heiman and Salesforce.
6. Ability to quickly establish credibility and create value in client interactions.
7. Commitment to exceeding client expectations and working collaboratively with service teams.
8. Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
9. Knowledge of CRE technologies, PropTech, IWMS, Smart Buildings, IoT, and Experience Technologies.
