Legal Secretary – Banking & Finance | Central London | ️ 4 days in office
Robert Half is partnering with a growing international law firm with a strong London presence. Despite its growth, the firm has retained a collaborative, close-knit culture with a real focus on people.
The Role
Supporting senior stakeholders within the Banking & Finance team, you’ll take on a broad and fast-paced workload, including:
* Managing busy inboxes and complex diaries
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams
* Document production, proofreading and correspondence
* Coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
* Handling expenses, billing processes and time entry
* Supporting wider team operations and project work
This is a role where you’ll build strong relationships with Partners, Associates and the wider business, and be trusted to stay on top of multiple moving parts.
